Next Showcase Event: September 19th 2026
You’re Invited: September Student Drummer Showcase — September 19th
What would it feel like to step onstage and perform like a real gigging drummer?
On Saturday, September 19th at 1:00, you’ll have the opportunity to do exactly that at the September Student Drummer Showcase.
This isn’t just another student recital.
You’ll get the chance to perform with live professional musicians in front of a live audience — giving you the experience of what it actually feels like to play in a professional band.
And this Showcase, we’re excited to feature and bring back two incredible professional musicians who will be performing with the students:
Nick Perez
Robyn Wasserman
You’re the drummer. The stage is your next challenge.
Learning songs in your practice room is one thing.
Playing those songs with other musicians, staying locked into the groove, recovering from mistakes, following the band, and performing with confidence is a completely different skill.
That’s why we created the Student Drummer Showcase.
Here’s the plan:
- Prepare your songs.
You’ll work on your material leading up to the showcase.
- Get on stage.
You’ll put your preparation to the test in front of a live audience.
- Become a more confident performer.
You’ll walk away with real-world performance experience you can continue building on.
Now remember, the goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is progress, confidence, and becoming the kind of drummer who is ready when the opportunity to perform comes.

This is your opportunity to step outside the practice room and experience what it’s like to play like a real gig-ready drummer.
We’re looking forward to seeing you on stage!

Past Showcases: Performance Clips from May 31st
We’re excited to announce that we’re expanding our Student Drummer Showcase series to give students even more chances to perform live, build confidence, and experience the thrill of
playing on stage. 🎶🥁
One of the biggest reasons students improve so quickly is having a real performance goal. When drummers know they’re preparing for a live show, practice becomes more focused, exciting, and rewarding.
Because of the incredible response to our past showcases, we are adding multiple performance
events throughout the year.
Here’s the upcoming showcase lineup:
May – Spring Showcase
Drummers Evolution
September – Student Drummer Showcase
DRUMMERS OF THE FUTURE
November – Fall Showcase
Future Hall of Fame Drummers Live
January / February – Winter Drummer Showcase
Future Drum Legends
At these events, students perform songs from legendary rock and modern bands in a live concert-style environment in front of friends, family, and fellow musicians. It’s an unforgettable experience and often a major confidence boost for every drummer who steps on stage.
🎟️ Want to perform in a future showcase?
The first step is scheduling a trial drum lesson.
During the trial lesson we will:
• Meet the student and discuss musical interests
• Get them playing on the drum set right away
• Create a path toward performing in one of our upcoming showcases
Many of our current performers started with a single trial lesson and are now preparing for the stage.
Spots for trial lessons are limited each month, so if you’re interested in joining an upcoming showcase, now is the best time to get started.
Reply to this email to schedule a Trial Drum Lesson and reserve a spot.
We’re looking forward to an exciting year of music, growth, and incredible student performances.
2. Student Feature Showcase – Live Band Performance
The Student Feature Showcase is a special live performance event spotlighting one of our advanced students as they take center stage with a full professional band. This exclusive showcase highlights the student’s technical growth, musicality, stage presence, and real-world performance skills developed through focused training and dedicated practice.
Unlike a traditional recital, this event recreates a true live performance experience — complete with rehearsals, live interaction, and performance dynamics — giving students the opportunity to perform in a high-level, professional setting. It’s an exciting way to celebrate progress, build confidence, and demonstrate what’s possible through committed study and musicianship.
Family, friends, and fellow musicians are invited to attend and support as our featured student steps into the spotlight and delivers a high-energy live set.
What to Expect:
- Advanced student featured with a live band
- Real performance environment and stage experience
- Professional-level arrangements and musicianship
- A celebration of growth, dedication, and artistry
This showcase represents the next level of musical development and is a proud moment for both the student and the studio.
